This is definitely a great family place if you're looking to learn real karate then I suggest family kicks my 11 year old niece goes here twice a week and she absolutely loves it she looks forward to coming back every week and she loves Miss Ashley as her instructor

The women's self defense class that I attended May 6 was very informative & well done. We were given valuable skills & encouragement by the staff & Mr Holly, the owner & head instructor.
