Biography
Jose Benitez is an Instructor and leadership mentor at Family Kicks Championship Martial Arts, who brings a strong passion for martial arts, discipline, and personal growth to every class he teaches. A United States Marine Corps veteran and 2nd Degree Black Belt, Jose plays an important role in helping develop the school’s leadership students and advanced martial artists.
Jose and his entire family, including his wife and three children, actively train at Family Kicks CMA, making martial arts a central part of their family life. He and his son, Miguel, are both 2nd Degree Black Belts and are dedicated examples of the school’s commitment to growth, perseverance, and family involvement.
At the school, Jose leads Leadership Classes as well as the Saturday morning sparring program for Black Belt and Master’s Club students. Known for his focus on discipline, intensity, and pushing students to challenge themselves, he is passionate about helping students build confidence, resilience, and a strong martial arts mindset both on and off the mat.
